No we are not movers. 

We rent out our reusable, stackable, stronger-than-cardboard moving totes. Our mission is to offer the convenience of moving totes delivered to your front door, while reducing the use of cardboard in the landfill. Lastly, imagine eliminating the headache of acquiring, assembling and discarding of cardboard boxes!

You decide how many totes you will need based on the size of your current home/office and reserve the totes online, then:

1. We will deliver the totes to your current home/office
2. You pack and move, and then
3. We pickup the totes from your new home/office

Our bundles are sized (estimated) based on the size of your home. 

• 1 Bedroom - 10-20 Queen City Totes
• 2 Bedroom - 20-40 Queen City Totes
• 3 Bedroom - 40-60 Queen City Totes
• 4 Bedroom - 60-80 Queen City Totes

Yes, you must be home for tote delivery and tote pickup. Delivery and pickup times are estimated and are provided within 30-minute arrival windows.

Our totes are designed to handle the harsh nature of a move. If a tote does get  damaged to the point where we need to recycle it, you will be charged $25 per tote. 

No, please use the provided labels to label your totes, or write on painters tape to label your totes.  We need to be able to clean/remove your labeling. 

Please do not use permanent markers as you will be charged $25 per tote. 

Yes!  We absolutely clean every tote bin and lid with disinfectant. We vacuum out, spray and wipe down every single tote between bookings.  You can assure the totes are clean and ready for your own use once they arrive on your doorstep.
